The 18ct white gold heart measures approx 20mm x 20mm and is in the
trademark royal cobalt blue enamel, with diamond set
fleur de leis.
The diamond weight is 0.155ct and the stones are all in a brilliant
cut.
This pendant has a regal appearance and comes with the original
certificate of authenticity.
The piece is number 33 of only 200 pieces worldwide and the Faberge

The top loop on this pendant allows the heart to be worn either
on a chain or un-clipped to fit to a
